Double Stitching, Quadruple Stitching, PVC Reinforcing, PVC Slide Sheets, PVC Step Over Sheets ALL Standard.

At Air Inflatables we are often asked if we double stitch or quadruple stitch, the answer is YES!  However, we go one further and reinforce all our high load seams with PVC and webbing, this gives a very strong seam that will be long-lasting and help to promote a high return on investment.

All our slides have heavy duty PVC slide sheets on them as standard which can be replaced.  These help to protect the bed and increase the life of the inflatable as well as helping children to slide safely.

All step through entrances (on ball pools and box units) have PVC step overs which again can be replaced and help to extend the life of the inflatable.

At Air Inflatables all we can say is we do ALL that we can to offer the highest quality at the best possible price to offer the bouncy castle hirer the fastest and highest return on investment.

We want your business to be a success and will be there to support you and your bouncy castle business every step of the way.

Is it true that bouncy castle manufacturers who provide lower hp fans do so because their bouncy castles do not leak as much air as other manufacturers, hence less need for the more powerful fans?

Please send a pricelist to the email included with this post.

    Hi Nicola

Most people use a 1.50HP fan now, as this is the preferred fan to use on all types of unit. Fan manufacturers no longer produce 0.75HP fans, they simply reduce the performance of a 1.50hp fan for reduced airflow. At Air Inflatables we supply 1.50HP fans with our units as this is the industry standard. We have tested our units with 0.75HP fans and these also work perfectly well.

At Air Inflatables we flat sew all our seams which effectively means that each seam is sewn twice, this ensures that pressure loss is minimised. We also reinforce all high load seams which promotes strength in our units, our beds are also fully webbed again to increase strength and quality.

For added strength and durability use reinforcement strips and no how many times it’s stitched.
